Mary Beth Olson is the founder of MBO Media, a veteran publicist with 20+ years of experience building brands that command attention, shape culture, and drive measurable results.
Before launching MBO Media in 2019, she spent nearly a decade in New York leading communications strategy for Fortune 500 giants including Avon, Victoria's Secret PINK, and Coty, Inc. That foundation shapes how she works today — pairing major-agency sophistication with boutique-firm focus and agility.
Her roster spans Founding Farmers and co-founder Dan Simons, Olympic Gold Medalist Dominique Dawes and her nationally expanding Dominique Dawes Academies, and NBA Assistant Coach Joseph Blair. Her work has landed clients in Vogue, Vanity Fair, The New York Times, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal, and on Good Morning America, CNN, The Daily Show, Fox 5, ABC7, WUSA9, and WTOP — plus two Netflix series and high-profile digital campaigns.
